24/7 Emergency Services

Alarms don't keep office hours. Neither do we.

A panel trouble signal at 2 a.m. gets a person on the phone, not a voicemail. Emergency service runs every hour of every day, and our UL-listed central station alarm monitoring keeps watch while you sleep.

Six systems, one office

What we install, inspect and watch.

From a single smoke detector on a church hallway to vault doors and drive-up teller equipment at a bank, every system is designed, installed, serviced and monitored by the same Sheffield crew.

From the first call to the central station

One crew carries the wire the whole way.

Most alarm companies sell the box and hand the monitoring to someone else. Here the people who quote it are the people who install it, inspect it and answer when it calls in.

  1. Consult

Free In-Person Consultations for larger jobs; small jobs priced over the phone. Virtual Consultations by Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet if that suits you better.

  2. Design

The system is laid out around the building you actually have: fire, intrusion, cameras, doors, or all of it on one panel.

  3. Install

Installed by our own technicians on UL-listed systems and equipment from Honeywell, Bosch and Pelco.

  4. Inspect

Fire alarm inspections, service and maintenance by a NICET-certified team, so the system keeps passing after day one.

  5. Watch

UL-listed central station monitoring over NetCom, with cellular backup and Halo wireless communications, around the clock.

“We have used Certified for many years and I sleep better, and leave home with comfort knowing Certified has it all covered. From start to finish, they are professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Excellent service. Marlin and Tyler did a great job. Marlin answered my messages concerning issues with the alarm system promptly. He took care of having someone scheduled to come service it. Tyler did an excellent job, kept me informed, very respectful, great communication, and had the job completed quickly.”

Certified Alarm provides UL-listed central station alarm monitoring, 24 hours a day. Signals travel over NetCom internet monitoring with a cellular backup and Halo wireless communications, so a cut phone line does not leave the building unwatched.
